  • To boil eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan large enough to hold them in a single layer. Add COLD water and cover eggs by 1 inch. Heat on high until the water begins to boil. Once the water boils remove from heat and cover.
  • Let eggs stand in covered pan for 15 minutes. Then drain and run eggs under cold water until cooled.
  • Remove shell from hard-boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, keeping egg whites intact, and in medium bowl mash yolks with remaining ingredients using a fork. Spoon into egg whites. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate until needed.
