Scolari's Friendship fund was founded in may of 1988 to allow schools, churches and other non-profit organizations an easy vehicle in which to raise money without having to directly solicit help every time there is a need. When the purchases of all groups members reach $2,500 or more, a check of 1% of that amount will be sent to your organization. Qualifying purchases exclude dairy regulated items, liquor, tobacco, pharmacy, utilities or stamps. To date Scolari's has donated over 4 million dollars through the Friendship Fund.

Here's how to get started:

1. Click here to print the form, and simply fill out the requested information. Send or fax the form along with a copy of your organizations IRS 501-C3 Tax Exempt form.

2. Once your application has been processed and approved the Friendship Fund coordinator will call the representative you have selected and issue your organization a four-digit code number. Make sure that your organization representative notes this code number. Members of your organization or any Scolari's Club Card holders who wish to designate their shopping dollars to your organization will need to know this number.
